 Database Entries:

The CMTA database is ready to accept SA registration requests. Members who have paid their teacher membership dues for 2018-2019 may begin inputting information at any time.

If a teacher has not yet paid their dues for the year which began July 1st, 2018, access to the database is not available until dues have been processed through MTNA. This is a safeguard to protect unpaid teachers from accidentally registering students and possibly incurring fines from TMTA as a result. Once dues are paid, and notification is sent to bklandreth@comcast.net, paid teachers will again have full access as soon as possible.

Sincere thanks to David Jooste for giving such an excellent program on learning styles and personality styles and how they factor into teaching.

The CMTA Board will meet on December 7, 2018. If you have an item you would like the board to consider at the meeting, please send it to Alecia ataleciarussellpiano@gmail.com before the Thanksgiving break.

Mary Loy is trying to help Doris Meyer's students find a piano teacher because she does not have room to take all of them at her studio. If you have room for students and don't mind Mary giving your contact information to Doris' students, please contact Mary at maryloypa@gmail.com.

Our next General Meeting is January 11, 2019, which is also the deadline for entries in Spring Theory Test, Piano Ensembles, Performance Contest, and Chamber Ensembles.
